Using this website

This site, including the Trip Planner and Trip Matcher, is provided for personal, non-commercial use in exploring and enquiring about Greenvital Travel and Tour Agency Limited’s travel and tour services. Draft itineraries generated by the Trip Planner are illustrative starting points, not confirmed bookings, availability, or pricing.

Our travel services

Greenvital Travel and Tour Agency Limited arranges flights, hotels, visas and travel documentation, ground transport, and tour packages on your behalf. Any service fee, scope, and applicable terms are confirmed with you directly before work begins. Bookings for flights, hotels, guides, and other travel services are made with — and governed by the terms of — those individual providers; Greenvital Travel and Tour Agency Limited acts as your travel agent and coordinator, not as the underlying supplier of those services.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — including the Journal, itinerary text, and design — belongs to Greenvital Travel and Tour Agency Limited and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or limits any right or remedy the Consumer Protection Act, 2020 (No. 7 of 2020) gives you as a consumer in Sierra Leone — including your right under that Act to timely performance of a service, to a service performed to the standard consumers are generally entitled to expect, and to a remedy or a reasonable refund if we fall short of it. A contract term that tried to take away those rights would itself be void under the Act, so we don’t write our Terms that way.

If we haven’t resolved a complaint directly to your satisfaction, you can also raise it with the National Consumer Protection Commission of Sierra Leone, established under that Act.

Limitation of liability

We arrange trips with care, but we don’t control weather, third-party providers, or circumstances beyond reasonable planning. Subject to the statutory rights above, Greenvital Travel and Tour Agency Limited’s liability for any other claim relating to a trip is limited to the service fee paid for that trip.

Governing law

Greenvital Travel and Tour Agency Limited is incorporated in Sierra Leone under the Companies Act, 2009 (Act No. 5 of 2009, as amended). These terms are governed by the laws of Sierra Leone, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally; the date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
