Greenvital Travel and Tour Agency started in Freetown with a simple idea: booking a trip shouldn’t mean juggling five different errands with five different people. We’ve grown through operational discipline, a strong client-first mindset, and a long-term view of what dependable travel support should look like.

Three to six months gives us the most room — enough time to hold the right rooms, flights, and guides before they book out, without the trip feeling rushed into existence. That said, we've turned a flight-and-hotel booking around in a day, and a well-designed two-week itinerary in under a month when the timing called for it.
Booking flights, hotels, or a standard package tour carries no separate planning fee — that's built into the ordinary cost of the booking. For a fully custom, multi-stop itinerary, we agree a flat planning fee upfront, quoted before work begins and separate from what you pay airlines and hotels directly.
Ticketing is one of our core services, not an afterthought — we book flights, arrange visas and travel documentation, hold hotel rooms, and handle the ground experience too, so you're working with one team instead of stitching together five different bookings yourself.
You call or message one number and reach a person who already knows your itinerary — not a hold queue. The goal is that a single hiccup, a delayed flight or a changed booking, never becomes the story of the trip.
No hard floor — we handle everything from a single flight ticket to a fully designed multi-country itinerary. Bespoke trip design earns its planning fee on longer or more complex trips; for a straightforward booking, we just quote it plainly and get on with it.
Often, and it's some of our favorite work — group and corporate travel (conferences, seminars, retreats) included. We'll design around the group's actual mix of ages, budgets, and energy levels rather than picking one itinerary and asking everyone to keep up.
